This month, the Andy Zanca Youth News Team interviewed two community members on Mental Wellness during the COVID-19 pandemic. Annemarie Zanca, the founder of the Andy Zanca Youth Empowerment Program, and Amanda Pearson, the Program Director of FocusedKids, offer advice on how to stay mentally healthy amongst uncertainty and isolation.
