Andrea came to KRCC in 2008 by way of Missouri. She’s responsible for KRCC’s overall news presence, and oversees a cadre of staff, freelancers, and students. Her award-winning work has been heard on NPR, The World (PRI), and the BBC. The Ohio native loves music and media, food, and the open road; it’s also not uncommon to see her taking a walk through downtown Colorado Springs. Stacy Stein has been involved with KDNK in various capacities since 2004. Her current role is as an evening news host. From 2007-2017 Stacy worked with the Andy Zanca Youth Empowerment Program and helped young people to express themselves, build self-confidence and develop leadership skills through radio broadcasting. She recently graduated from nursing school at Colorado Mountain College.

Every episode, she and Guy Raz guide curious kids and their grown-ups away from their screens and on a journey through a combination of careful scientific research and fun.

Evie Stone is the Supervising Editor at Weekend Edition. She collaborates with show staff and newsroom colleagues to ensure that Weekend Edition covers essential news, tells human stories and occasionally makes the audience bark with laughter.

Meribah Knight is a journalist who recently relocated to Nashville from Chicago, where she covered business, the economy, housing, crime and transportation.
