The homicide suspect that caused a nearly ten-hour shutdown of I-70 through Glenwood Canyon on Tuesday has been taken into custody. Just after 4 -am Tuesday authorities were told to be on the lookout for 30-year-old Kenny Espinoza of Westminster, who was believed to be traveling near Gypsum and possibly armed.

One in three women and one in four men will experience physical violence from an intimate partner at some point in their life, according to the CDC. In Colorado it's roughly 36% and 30% respectively. Conversations around, and responses to intimate partner crime are often full of inaccuracies and misunderstandings.
