On Sept. 5, Wongel Estifanos and her family visited the Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park. That evening, the 6-year-old Estifanos died on the park’s Haunted Mine Drop ride. On Thursday, state officials submitted results of an investigation to 9th Judicial District D.A. Jeff Cheney. KDNK spoke to Denver Post investigative reporter David Migoya to find out what went wrong.
