The Redstone Historical Society is poised to complete the purchase of an early 19th century cottage with the intention of turning it into a museum and preserving a rare piece of Roaring Fork Valley heritage. Their endeavor was made possible by the people of Redstone, several generous donors, and the passion of those involved.

Recently the Tabor Opera House in Leadville was awarded with a grant of over $580,000 dollars by the Colorado Department of Local Affairs.
