Come Color Your World with our Grab & Go Art Kits! Every other Wednesday during Basalt Regional Library's Summer Reading Program we will have art kits available for pickup for teen patrons. Each kit will feature a new art project to try your hand at, including materials and instructions. Available while supplies last.

Aikido is a modern Japanese martial art focused on re-directing conflict into harmony. Benefits include confidence, discipline, stress-relief, resilience, community-building and fitness. Kids' classes incorporate a mixture of technique and relevant games. As they progress, they will have the opportunity to test for colored belts.
Welcome Back to Filoha ! Join the Crystal valley environmental protection association CVEPA in celebrating the reopening of the access road to Filoha Meadows in Redstone. The Rock Creek Wagon Road , aka Dorais Way, is once again open to public access and CVEPA is buying pizza at Propaganda Pie on Redstone Boulevard this Wednesday July 2nd at 5:00 to celebrate. Come members, neighbors and friends and show your solidarity for all Public Lands. Carpool if you can, bring a friend and we will see you up the Crystal on Wednesday.
Review the edible landscape trees, shrubs, and perennials that grow well in Colorado. Topics including selection, planting, maintenance, and harvesting. Vanessa Harmony is an arborist and Master Gardener. She owns a plant nursery and consulting business specializing in hardy, edible perennial plants for Colorado. This class is taught in a Hybrid format where students can attend in-person or online. Pre-registration required.
