Keep a Roaring Fork Valley tradition alive at the Contra Dance on November 7 at the Third Street Center in Carbondale. Gather with neighbors of all ages for an evening of old time social dancing and live music by the Wooden Nickel String Band. No experience or partner is needed. A caller teaches and guides each dance, so everyone is welcome.

The beginner lesson starts at 7:00 PM, with dancing from 7:30 to 9:30 PM. Suggested donation is $10 to $20 for adults and $5 for kids. Cash appreciated. Come dance, listen to the music, and be part of a living Valley tradition.
