The Colorado Plateau Chamber Music Society comes to Carbondale with a program of piano quartets. This Mother’s Day afternoon concert will feature Faure’s deeply sonorous and romantic quartet in C minor and Mozart’s G minor quartet, alternately turbulent and sublime. The CPCMS is a new organization bringing chamber music performances to western Colorado, played by the world class musicians who make our region their home. This concert will feature Camille Backman on violin, Charles Hebenstreit on viola, Sarah Graf on cello and Tamara Goldstein on piano.
