The Untold Stories of Gaza

The Untold Stories of Gaza
The Untold Stories of Gaza (running Sept 25-Sept 28)
The Untold Stories of Gaza is more than a performance — it is a call to witness and an urgent fundraiser for humanitarian aid. This powerful evening combines storytelling, music, dance, and visual imagery to honor the lived experiences of Palestinian families. Their words, originally shared through WhatsApp messages and voice notes during the war, will be interpreted on stage by a diverse cast of local performers.
The event embraces a raw, documentary style, preserving the intimacy and immediacy of each testimony. By hearing these words as they were first spoken, audiences are invited not only to observe but to deeply connect with the human realities behind the headlines. The result is a performance that resists dramatization in favor of truth-telling, a space where authenticity and urgency remain at the center.
Beyond the performance, the evening will invite community and connection. Guests will be able to enjoy authentic Middle Eastern sweets and savory bites — including baklava, stuffed grape leaves, and other traditional favorites — available for purchase. A silent auction featuring diverse items will add another dimension to the evening, offering attendees the chance to support the cause while engaging in a lively exchange. Perhaps most importantly, guests will be able to directly sponsor children and families in Gaza, creating personal and lasting ties of solidarity and care.
All proceeds from the evening go to Earth Angels Act’s Sons and Daughters of Hope campaign, which is dedicated to providing urgent aid such as food, baby formula, and medical supplies for Gaza’s children and youth. These essentials are lifelines in a place where families face hunger, displacement, and unimaginable loss. The campaign is committed not only to survival but also to preserving dignity in the most challenging of circumstances.
Michele Claire, Founder of Earth Angels Act, speaks to the heart of this event:
“When we tell these stories, we keep the truth alive. We remind the world that behind every headline is a human soul who matters.”
By attending, donating, or simply sharing the word, each participant becomes part of that act of remembrance and solidarity. The Untold Stories of Gaza offers more than an evening of art; it offers the chance to respond, to connect, and to make a tangible difference.
