We invite our youngest community members and their caregivers into the gentle, grounding rhythms of farm life! Set in a nurturing, play-based environment, infants and toddlers experience the wonder of the outdoors through hands-on gardening, goat cuddles, nature art, and sensory discovery.

This year-round program is designed for children ages 4 and under along with their caregivers. It runs every Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 200 Agricultural Way (use googlemaps to find us, not applemaps).

"The Beauty of Beasts" is a solo show by scratchboard artist Megan George. From her upbringing on a dairy farm to her career as a vet tech, animals have taught Megan the essence of what it means to be on this earth. Her work conveys the emotions and lessons that animals can teach us, in all their life stages.

"Everlasting Floral Design" is a solo show by Abby Zlotnick, owner of Juniper Farm, whose show celebrates the timeless beauty of locally-grown flowers through all-dried, everlasting arrangements and installations. Abby has been consistently inspired by farming since her first farming experience in 2012. Since then, Abby has made it her mission to share a slice of the Earth's greatest joys with her community.

Both exhibitions are generously sponsored by Land + Shelter Architecture Studio and Down Valley Brewing, and are on display through October 29. The gallery is open weekdays 10am-5pm

Roaring Fork Insight Meditation meets for meditation and community discussion every Wednesday at St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Basalt from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, one-hour online Zoom meditations are held from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. All are welcome.

Join us for a night of women-centric short ski films!
You’ve heard of “Girl Dinner” – the perfectly chaotic spread of favorite snacks, little treats, and whatever sounds good at the moment. We wanted this film tour to carry that same energy: a lineup of short films with range. From big mountain skiing and storytelling to humor and human experiences, each film brings something different to the table–the kind of mix that leaves you fully satisfied by the end of the night.

Each event will showcase 5 films followed by a Q+A and poster signing with the athletes and filmmakers who brought the films to life. The event will run approximately two hours.
