Open Mic Every Wednesday. Basic PA and instruments provided. Or bring your own axe. Play solo or jam with new friends. Music, Comedy, Spoken Word - the stage is yours!

Learn practical vocabulary and practice speaking with those who are at a similar skill level. This conversation club will give you the opportunity to gain confidence and have fun while building your Spanish language skills. For those with a beginner to intermediate understanding of Spanish. Meets the first and third Thursdays of each month at the Carbondale Branch Library.

Create & Imagine! Artful Story Hour

Every first Saturday of the month, dive into a themed story and craft, all while surrounded by the colorful artworks at the Powers Art Center. No registration required!

Karaoke at Rock Island Every Saturday! Get in touch with your inner rock star. Take it out of the shower and on to the stage! This is your time to shine!

Do you love to write? Join us at the Carbondale Branch Library for the Poets & Writers Group for adults. Engage in writing prompts that ignite the imagination, learn new craft strategies and styles, and be inspired by other poets and writers in the group. Bring your muses, a journal, as well as water and a snack if you wish. Meets the third Sunday of each month.

Join us for our March Farmers Market at the Hearth (138 Grand Ave, Paonia) on Tuesday, March 17th from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM! Stock up on fresh veggies and local goods, and enjoy a warm community meal.
