An engaging time where you and your child are invited to listen to stories, participate in large motor movement, experience sensory activities, and be able to interact with other children and caregivers. This is geared to children 0-3 years old.

Aikido classes at CMC Carbondale are now forming for the Spring Semester. Aikido emphasizes non-violent conflict resolution. Principles and techniques are applicable to all types of conflict, not just physical. Training takes place in a joyful and supportive environment. Great workout for mind, body, and spirit. The ‘Move with Me’ Program is designed to introduce littles (18 months to 3 years plus a caregiver) to the joys of dance. Using fun, interactive music, props, and make-believe, we will practice listening to music, following directions, and moving our bodies to the beats! A healthy snack will be provided.
