Cocoa Club is excited to open summer with a happy hour every Thursday and Friday 3-5pm! Tiki drinks every week. $10 cocktails plus Brazilian champagne. Something new every week! Chocolate will be involved!

Join us for our weekly Friday afternoon club at the AMERICAN LEGION at 97 N. 3rd St. in Carbondale. There will be live music from 5 to 7 weekly, and a burger, a beer and a bag of chips for $10. We also have horseshoe pits, cornhole, and shuffleboard for some summer fun. This event is open to the public every Friday.

A Way Out and The Meeting Place partner to offer two free yoga classes weekly for individuals, friends, and families in recovery from addiction. Mats, blocks, and straps are provided. No registration required.

Overview:
The Mountain Heart Men’s Ceremony is a 3-day immersive gathering for men ready to reconnect with purpose, power, and presence. Held at the sacred lands of 13 Moons Ranch in Carbondale, Colorado—from 5:00pm Friday, September 26 to 4:00pm Sunday, September 28—this transformational weekend invites men of all ages to come together in brotherhood, healing, and remembrance.
Set at the base of Mount Sopris—known by the Ute people as Wemagooah Kazuhchich, meaning “Ancient Mountain Heart Sits There”—this gathering weaves together ancestral wisdom and modern men's work to meet the needs of our time.
Why It Matters:
Men today are hungry for something real. Not more distraction or pressure—but a place to lay down the armor and rise in grounded strength. Mountain Heart is that place: where men return to the fire, the river, the breath, the heart, and each other.
This is a gathering for fathers and sons, leaders and seekers, the grief-stricken and the grateful. It’s a rite of passage into deeper masculinity—rooted in connection, authenticity, and sacred responsibility.

Who It’s For:
This gathering is open to men of all identities and backgrounds. Young men 14+ are encouraged to attend with a trusted guardian. Whether you're navigating a major life transition like partnership or fatherhood; seeking connection, clarity, or confidence; or simply feeling that inner call to be part of something more real and authentic—this gathering is for you.
Facilitators:
The ceremony is co-led by a powerful team of guides, artists, and stewards including Kyle Jason Leitzke, Dustin Eli, Anders Carlson, Davis Cowles, David James Smallwood, and Eric Baumheimer.

Aikido is a modern Japanese martial art focused on re-directing conflict into harmony. Benefits include confidence, discipline, stress-relief, resilience, community-building and fitness. All levels practice together. We are affiliated with the United States Aikido Federation.

Kreutzer is a genre-blending production that fuses three masterworks—Beethoven’s Kreutzer Sonata, Tolstoy’s incendiary novella The Kreutzer Sonata, and Janáček’s String Quartet No. 1—into a provocative tale of jealousy and redemption. Set aboard a train with no clear beginning or end, the production immerses audiences in a powerful emotional landscape. The haunting score also features music by Shostakovich, Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninoff, Ljova, and Tavener.
