A multi-dimensional recovery community in support of moving beyond addiction in all its forms. What if addiction were a call? An opportunity? An open doorway through which we could pass into a deeper and more participatory version of our lives?
From screens to substances to work to sex, there is no shortage of opportunities to tune out of that which troubles us, into a world of temporary ease and distraction. For many of us, the very things that help us avoid pain become problems of their own. This is the basic cycle of addiction, and it is pervasive in the world today.
Join us in community as we combine physical practice with prompt-based discussion and connection around the central questions of addiction and recovery, with a focus on its social and spiritual dimensions.
No prior experience necessary. All bodies and levels are welcome.*
