Jodie Cooper is a metal sculptor and installation artist whose sculpture Finned Gateway is part of the Carbondale Public Art Commission’s current roster of art around town. Finned Gateway is located on the east edge of town, just past the Carbondale Clay Center.

Reno Carollo

 

Reno Carollo is a Denver-based sculptor and jewelry artist whose marble sculpture Cynthia is part of the current Art Around Town cohort here in Carbondale. Reno is an educator, business owner and artist who has participated in international art exchanges and learned the art of the marble sculpture at the very first Marble Marble art symposium in Marble.

Town of Carbondale

 

Brad Reed Nelson is a custom furniture maker and designer working in metal and wood in the Roaring Fork Valley. He and his wife own Board By Design located in Glenwood Springs. His sculpture, titled The Knuckle, is located in front of Town Hall as part of the 2019 Art Around Town program through the Carbondale Public Arts Commission. Carbondale Public Art Commission is seeking entries for Art Around Town 2020. Applications are due by February 2nd.

Kimber Fiebiger

 

Kimber Fiebiger is one of the artists in Carbondale Public Arts Commission’s Art Around Town 2019 cohort. She is also an alum of the 2017 program where her Humpty Dumpty sculpture was purchased to live permanently outside of the Carbondale Library. Carbondale Public Art Commission is seeking entries for Art Around Town 2020. Applicationsare due by February 2nd.

Thunder River Theatre Company

Local diva Nina Gabianelli and actress Beth Malone join Abby Gierke on Express Yourself to share details about Thunder River Theatre Company's 2019 NYE Diva Cabaret with shows at 5:30 and 8:30.
