Morgan Neely looks ahead to a Carbondale Board of Trustees work session on the future of downtown parcels donated to the town. Pitkin County is thinking about Carbondale's old City Market as a potential food donations hub and community center. Meanwhile, the feds inject $50 million into Yellowstone for quick recovery from last week's devastating floods, Pres. Biden calls on oil and gas companies to start steering record profits away from shareholders to give Americans some relief at the pump, and Rocky Mountain Community Radio goes fossil hunting near Fruita.

Morgan is KDNK's News Director. He comes to KDNK with public radio passion and experience. He was a news host, reporter, and opps guy at APR and also worked with Pitkin County for a couple of years. He says that getting back to public radio and reporting is where he wants to be.
