The start of the shed antler hunt season in Teton County drew hundreds of visitors — some on horseback.

KDNK's Morgan Neely has Wednesday's news, including Gov. Jared Polis and Democratic lawmakers moving forward with a ten-year plan to reduce property taxes. And, Colorado Parks and Wildlife Commissioners make history at Colorado Mountain College's Spring Valley campus, approving the state's final wolf restoration and management plan. Also, motorcycle fatalities in the state reach their highest level on record, out-of-staters descend upon Teton County in Wyoming for the opening of shed elk antler season, and Trap, Neuter, Return programs have become an integral part of how towns manage their community cat populations.

Morgan is KDNK's News Director. He comes to KDNK with public radio passion and experience. He was a news host, reporter, and operations/programming director at KAJX-Aspen, and has extensive experience working in municipal government.
