Rita Marsh is the founder of Davi Nikent, Center for Human Flourishing. Among her many projects in the Roaring Fork Valley, including recent efforts to replace Columbus Day with Indigenous People's Day, Rita advocates for the Charter for Compassion, a worldwide movement that seeks to foster a peaceful world where all are treated with dignity, equity, and respect.

The Inner Game is about the relationship we have with our authentic self and our life’s purpose. The show features conversations with community and business leaders about how they grow personally to make a bigger difference in the world through the strength and health of their relationships and organizations.
