Davi Nikent presents The Mask You Live In at the Third Street Center on November 6 at 6:30. The film follows a diverse group of boys and young men as they struggle to stay true to themselves while negotiating America's narrow definition of masculinity. Rita Marsh is the founder of Davi Nikent, Center for Human Flourishing. Among her many projects in the Roaring Fork Valley, including recent efforts to replace Columbus Day with Indigenous People's Day, Rita advocates for the Charter for Compassion, a worldwide movement that seeks to foster a peaceful world where all are treated with dignity, equity, and respect.

 

Bob Sima is a singer-songwriter, spiritual teacher and musical mystic. Shannon Plummer is a shamanic practitioner, intentional creation coach, artist and singer. They perform at the Third Street Center on Friday, September 27th at 7pm. The event is co-presented by The Spiritual Center and Davi Nikent.

Drs. Benjamin and Susanna Alter are licensed naturopathic doctors specializing in lifestyle medicine with the philosophy that the body heals itself. They recently brought Alter Health to Carbondale and lead a 3-part series on self-healing at The Third Street Center on September 4, 11 and 18.
