High Rockies Harm Reduction provides free Narcan, safe use supplies and more every Friday at Mid-Valley Family Practice from Noon - 2 PM

Cocoa Club is excited to open summer with a happy hour every Thursday and Friday 3-5pm! Tiki drinks every week. $10 cocktails plus Brazilian champagne. Something new every week! Chocolate will be involved!

Join us for our weekly Friday afternoon club at the AMERICAN LEGION at 97 N. 3rd St. in Carbondale. There will be live music from 5 to 7 weekly, and a burger, a beer and a bag of chips for $10. We also have horseshoe pits, cornhole, and shuffleboard for some summer fun. This event is open to the public every Friday.

A Way Out and The Meeting Place partner to offer two free yoga classes weekly for individuals, friends, and families in recovery from addiction. Mats, blocks, and straps are provided. No registration required.

Ildi Ingraham will present a Sound Immersion at 4 p.m. on June 28 at the Carbondale Branch Library. Experience deep peace and bliss as you listen to the healing sounds of crystal and metal singing bowls, gong, and chimes. Please bring a mat, pillow, blanket, and anything else to be very comfortable. We will begin as soon as everyone settles in so please be prompt. Steve Manshel returns to the Redstone Park with a combination of catchy originals, a veriety of classic rock covers and some hits from his years with FireFall. He combines his inimmitaable voice, guitar playing, energy and humor into a great show for everyone. This free, family friendly event is located in the Redstone park with a playground on one side for the kids and the beautiful Crystal River on the other side.
